    By scanning their app at the point of purchase, a fan will receive a digital receipt within the app. This ensures the fan always has a record of their purchases and proof of their transaction should they need to return any items. Upon returning an item, the store staff can simply scan a barcode on the digital receipt within the app to pull up the original transaction on the POS terminal to return against, creating a seamless fan experience.

  • Create a wow with in-suite ordering & delivery

    With data collection opportunities at their peak on matchdays, the app can also assist in delivering a unique experience for those fans engaging in the hospitality lounges. Guests can shop within the app, with the option to choose delivery to their table number or executive suite number. These orders, captured within the ClearCourse Sports back-office system, feed through to the ClearCourse Sports WMS solution, and are picked and packed before being hand delivered.
